A portable easy-to-install blackout curtain that darkens any room in seconds. Great for travel! This works wonders for parents who don't want a permanent fixture in their children's room but still want to achieve an ideal, dark sleep environment to help their baby sleep well.
Blackout EZ
black-out window covers
These blackout blinds use the VelcroTM Fastening System to get a tight seal around the window frame, without the light around the edges you have with black out curtains, liners, shades and blinds. Simply place the cover over the window and press around the edges to seal. Great way to improve your baby's sleep.

potty training mat
This is an essential if you're about to potty train your sleep trained baby. These mats use a unique triple-layer design to create a leakproof, breathable and reusable bedwetting/incontinence mat. Grid stitched to prevent bunching and lays flat ON TOP of your fitted sheet. This makes it easy to change out during an overnight accident, yet it does not interfere with your baby's sleep.

This Sleeptrainer + clock will help keep your toddler's sleep on track. Sam's eyes close at bedtime and open in the morning when it is OK to get up. Set at a specific time or by length of nap. Colour changing display helps to resolve your toddler's early morning wakings.
baby sleep sacks
To help your newborn sleep well, swaddling those arms can help with the startle reflex (discontinue at first signs of rolling). Swaddle 3 ways; arms in, hands-to-face, or with one or both arms out. These sleep sacks nestle baby like a soft blanket, without the risk of sleep-related dangers.

Sleep Training Success!
Livia, Vancouver BC (5.5mo old)
"Can’t thank Adela enough for her help! How would we live without her 😘😘 The greatest choice we’ve ever made as parents was to bring out Claire’s sleep skills. I’m full of joy to see Claire sleep soundly & peacefully, and wake up happily in the morning! Bonus: No more sleepless night & me time at night. No words can describe how grateful we are for her! 🤗🤗 worth investment ever!!!! Never ever regret!! And I love how Adela guide us through it all.. very encouraging, flexible, gentle, detail, clear!
Note: My daughter was sleep trained at 5.5mo. Challenges: Nursing to sleep, wake up so many times at night, short naps, not capable to link the sleep.
Results: sleep independently, sleep through the night, capable to link the sleep, longer naps, sleep everywhere (on carrier/stroller also fine), taking full feed during day & very good eater as well! Last but not least, achieve so many milestones at right time!! Good sleep— good eat— good development! 🤩🤩"

"My nine-month-old used to co-sleep and wake up every two hours until we found Adela! Although it’s only been two weeks, my daughter dropped the night-feed completely, and is able to take good naps and sleep in her own room through the night. We are so amazed at the transformation and beyond grateful for Adela’s help!"
Katelyn, Vancouver BC (6.5mo old)
"We started to work with Adela as our son was taking consistently short naps and was struggling to link his sleep cycles. I tried many different things but nothing seemed to be working consistently. Adela worked with us to tweak our wake windows and supported us to drop a nap (which I would not have been confident enough to do on my own). She was thoughtful, encouraging and responsive. We are now getting two +1 hour naps almost every day (and, importantly, tools to cope on days where things don’t go to plan) and we have a happy, rested boy and mom."
Mary, Vancouver (5mo old)
Working with Adela was wonderful! She guided us through our sleep plan, was encouraging when we had doubts or concerns and was available to answer questions or make adjustments to our plan when needed. Our baby sleeps so well now, and we are all happier and healthier for it! Thank you so much!

Never written a public review before but Adela here deserves the 5 stars. Our daughter was a terrible sleeper with cat naps and many interruptions throughout the night. It got to a point where she couldn't connect a single sleep cycle and we'd have to go in and rock her or feed her back to sleep almost every hour, every night. We were living off 3-5 hours sleep a night which was unsustainable and almost at a breaking point. I read many different books about baby sleep and came up with my own schedule and methods based on the books I read. While there was some success with this, it did not last long. Googling was not reassuring either as we'd come across many posts saying 'my baby wakes up twice a night and we can't go on like this anymore!'. For us parents getting up 6-8 times we would've given anything to only be waking up a couple times a night. It seemed like finding the answers for our specific situation was out of reach. UNTIL! We met Adela. She came up with a plan specifically for our daughter so she could learn to sleep independently and connect those sleep cycles together to eventually get a full uninterrupted night of sleep. Our daughter took to the changes really well and relatively quickly. This also allowed her to take longer and better naps all thanks to the help Adela provided us. Within the first month we were seeing a full 12 hour sleep for our baby. It was incredible! Adela also helped us when we moved to another country for a few months and any hiccups we ran into there. So if you're concerned about a time difference and baby adjusting, Adela can help and guide you with that as well. We saw great sleep and naps while living in another continent as well. She responds quickly to texts and can always find time to do a call if needed if a hiccup or change in sleep occurs. If you are having sleep issues with your little one, or worried about travel, illness, teething, whatever it might be, I highly recommend Adela to guide and help get your babies sleep back on track.

Adela's plan and guidance completely transformed our baby's sleep in ways we didn't think possible. We were very nervous about starting, but Adela was reassuring and her plan was detailed. Our baby was always a terrible sleeper and it was starting to be a serious problem. At 5 months old we started working with Adela and within 2 days, everything was different. A month later, she's still napping like a champ and giving us long stretches of sleep consistently every night - two things we thought were impossible.
Anthony, Vancouver BC (9mo old)
"Adela was a huge help for us - our 9 month old was having difficulties sleeping on his own and with Adela's help, we were able to correct his sleeping habits within a few days' time. Adela was responsive and attentive to our needs throughout our time together and gave us lots of good tips for the future as well."
Summit, Vancouver BC (4mo old)
We had really great experience working with Adela. Our baby was not able to sleep without being held for almost all the naps. Adela helped us to get the baby sleep without being held. Also baby also started sleeping throughout the night due to Adela’s customized sleep schedule.
