What is Intriguing About Sleep

As a Pediatric Sleep Consultant, I am admittedly a sleep nerd and I am loud and proud about it! There's something mysterious yet magical about baby sleep. It's like steering a ship in an open ocean, trying to navigate the winds and storms that would weather even the strongest crew. There's more to it than a bedtime routine or a nap schedule. Baby's sleep is a journey where the mind grows and develops as the body rests and restores itself.

What is Surprising Aout Sleep

For me, baby sleep isn't just my profession, it's personal and close to my heart. With my own eyes, I've witnessed how restful night sleep is transformative for families - babies and parents alike. In my personal experience, sleep can be the breaking or mending point during life's many obstacles. Yet it's astounding how tolerant many people are to sleeplessness.

What happens if I tell you I know of a secret that is so incredible that can boost your immune system, increase memory retention and amplify creativity? Well, folks, sleep is that secret tool. You might look at sleep as a way for your body to shut down, but it's quite the opposite. Sleep is when your body and mind come alive to restore and maintain us.
