This is my first-ever Google review! I hope this review can help you choose a trusted sleep coach for your little ones. Before I work with Adela, I spent tons of money on baby sleeping tools ( Snoo, two baby swings, pacifiers, magic sleep sack Etc.) I basically bought whatever I could buy on the market to help my daughter sleep! We held her in our arms to sleep for 72 days when she was born until I realize we cannot function as good parents during the day because of lack of sleep. I have worked with Adela for the past few months and now, my 8 months old daughter can sleep through the night from 7:30 pm to 7:30 am INDEPENDENTLY in her crib and own room. Adela is very knowledgeable and thoughtful in providing detailed instructions for my daughter's sleep training. In the beginning, she followed up a few times a day to ensure I knew what I was doing. I would recommend you work with Adela if you have a tough sleeper at home. Trust her process and follow her suggestions, remember details are VERY important and DO NOT skip any steps/items that she recommends. Now, we are much happier parents with a happier baby girl!

WOW. I cannot recommend Adela enough- we started sleep training not even a week ago and my life is completely different - our family is actually sleeping through the night now and contact naps are a thing of the past- I truly cannot believe this is my baby.
